During her grieving, her friend assured her she was never alone. "Jesus is always there for you," she reminded her. "You can talk to Him,"
Every morning, Cory continues to begin her day by talking to Him, surrendering herself to the Lord, praying for His will to be done.
Because she experiences great joy in her relationship with the Lord, Cory shares His love with others. While she enjoys talking about God with those she meets, she also spreads His joy with people thousands of miles away, providing financial resources to support Bible translation, linguistics training and literacy efforts.
"The Lord put you here for a purpose," Cory said. "What's the purpose? To glorify Him!"
Cory has already made plans to extend her stewardship for His glory beyond her lifetime by including Wycliffe as a beneficiary in her will. Through this bequest, she can support Bible translation and literacy after her lifetime, helping give millions of people the Words that give her so much comfort and joy.
Making a planned gift with the Wycliffe Foundation by including Wycliffe in her will allows Cory the opportunity to enjoy her resources now and continue to provide financial support for the great commission long into the future.
A bequest is a simple way to extend stewardship to the Lord, and the language below shows how convenient it is to include Wycliffe in your will. If you would like to make a gift to Bible translation through a bequest in your will like Cory, contact the Wycliffe Foundation.
